Dancing has been one of my passions since I was 2 years old. I basically see it as my second home, as I am always there 4 hours a day, 6 days a week. Dancing really can be for everyone, if you truly put the hard work and dedication into this amazing sport. Not only is it fun to do, but it is also beneficial to your health. In just one hour, you can burn up to 1,000 calories! Dance is considered as a sport, therefore it can become very competative. Overall,it is great to experince the fun and energy-packed activity!
